How is the Movement & Strength Personal Training Program different?

Studies show that working with an experienced personal trainer following a structured, periodized program such as ours delivers significantly better results than self-directed exercise.
Unlike typical personal training, at the Copeman Movement & Strength Lab you’ll work directly with highly trained kinesiologists with advanced personal training certification.
If you have an injury, disability or underlying medical condition, or if you truly want to learn how to improve your health through fitness and lifestyle changes, it is highly recommended that you work with a certified kinesiologist.
